What does CRM consulting involve for an Egyptian company?
It covers how leads are captured, routed and converted, and which platform runs that process. In Egypt that often means large volumes of ad and WhatsApp inquiries handled by call center teams, real estate sales through brokers with reservations and installment plans, and won deals passed to the ERP that issues electronic invoices. I design the rules and choose the platform remotely and independently, with legal points left to your advisor.

Many Egyptian companies generate more inquiries than their teams can handle. A real estate launch, a private school admission season or a consumer campaign on Meta can bring a flood of messages and form submissions within days. The leads answered first tend to convert; the rest go cold in a shared inbox or on a salesperson's phone.
I help Egyptian businesses design CRM processes that respond quickly, route fairly and report honestly, then choose the platform that fits: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Dynamics 365, Odoo CRM or another option. No vendor pays me for a recommendation, and I tie the CRM design to the ERP that issues invoices and receipts.
The work runs remotely in English. Arabic call scripts, templates and message wording come from your bilingual team, who also approve them.
Most of the value comes from rules agreed before configuration: who gets which lead, how fast, and what counts as a sale.
Capture from Meta and Google lead forms, the website, WhatsApp and phone into one queue, with duplicate checks on mobile number and a recorded source for every single inquiry.
Assignment by project, product, language or region, response targets per channel and escalation when a lead waits too long, so managers can see speed-to-lead for each agent.
Call outcomes, follow-up cadences and qualification questions for call center and inside sales teams, keeping each agent's screen limited to what the next call actually needs.
Records for brokers and agents who bring buyers, with registration rules that settle who introduced a client and data the ERP can use to calculate commission.
Origin, consent and opt-out fields, export limits and retention routines shaped by your legal advisor's reading of Egypt's personal data protection law and messaging platform rules.
Dashboards linking campaign, source and agent to reservations, contracts and collected payments, so marketing spend is judged on revenue rather than on the number of leads.

Run it and refine it
Egyptian consumer-facing businesses, including real estate developers, schools and universities, clinics, car dealers and consumer finance providers, often run heavy Meta and Google campaigns. Inquiries arrive through lead forms, WhatsApp clicks, page messages and calls, sometimes several from the same person. The commercial loss rarely comes from too few leads; it comes from slow or inconsistent follow-up.
The CRM design starts with intake:
Response time is the measure I put in front of managers first, by agent and by hour of the day. It shows where staffing does not match campaign timing, which happens easily when ads run in the evening and the sales team works office hours.
WhatsApp Business integrations for CRMs vary in features, cost and template approval rules, so I pilot the preferred one with your own business numbers and typical conversations before it is approved. For the campaigns themselves, see Meta ads management and Google Ads management.
Many Egyptian companies handle leads through a call center or an inside sales team rather than field reps. The CRM then becomes the agent's main working screen for the whole shift, which changes the design priorities.
I design the agent view around the next action:
Telephony integration helps where your provider offers one for the chosen CRM, logging calls and recordings against the record. Where it does not, a quick call log with an outcome is enough.
Team leads need different views: conversations per agent, conversion by stage, leads breaching response targets and reasons for loss. Quality reviews draw on those records rather than on memory. I also agree with management which numbers are targets and which are only diagnostic, because measuring agents purely on call volume tends to produce many short, useless calls. Where B2B buyers are part of the mix, the qualification design links to my lead generation work.
Egyptian real estate developers sell through in-house teams, brokerage firms and individual agents, often all at the same launch. The CRM has to settle who brought each buyer, track interest across projects and unit types, and hand a confirmed reservation to the systems that manage contracts and installment collections.
The design typically covers:
After the handoff, the CRM should show sales and customer service the contract status and whether installments are on time, without becoming the place where collections are managed. That stays with finance.
Unit availability is the other critical link. If the CRM and the sales inventory disagree, two agents can offer the same unit. I specify one owner for availability and test the update path. For the operating side, see real estate ERP and my Cairo ERP consultant page.
High-volume lead generation builds large contact databases quickly, and those databases are often reused for later campaigns and broadcast messages. Egypt has a personal data protection law with rules on consent, processing and direct marketing, which your legal advisor should interpret for your business. Bought or shared lists, and messages to people who never asked to hear from you, carry legal and reputational risk.
Following that advice, I build into the CRM:
Hosting and data transfer questions sit alongside these. Each CRM vendor is asked in writing about storage location, third parties that process the data and the route to a complete export, and the replies go on file for your counsel. Brokers and partners who receive lead data should have agreements covering it, which is a contract matter for your legal team.
Platform choice in Egypt depends on volume, channels and what sits behind the CRM. A high-volume consumer operation needs strong lead routing, messaging integration and telephony; a B2B manufacturer needs account management and quoting tied to the ERP. HubSpot, Odoo CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and Zoho CRM can each fit some of these cases. I score them on your scenarios, admin capacity, Arabic output, integration effort and licensing model, including whether pricing is billed in foreign currency.
The ERP handoff deserves the same care. If your sales fall under the Egyptian Tax Authority's electronic invoicing or receipt rules, the submitted document has to originate in the ERP or accounting system that holds item codes, tax settings and signing. The CRM passes customer details, including tax registration where relevant, and the agreed commercial terms; invoice status and payment information come back. Your tax advisor confirms which documents apply.
Reporting closes the loop: campaign and source through to reservation, contract or invoice, and cash collected. That is the view that tells marketing which spend produces revenue.
Sessions run online, and visits happen only when planned in advance. The interface side is covered on my Egypt integration consulting page. See also the Zoho CRM notes for Egypt, my CRM consulting service and the Egypt hub.

Not sure which ERP you need?
Share your business requirements with me and I will help you understand the right process, architecture and platform before implementation.
There is no universal figure, but faster follow-up usually converts better, especially for consumer inquiries. I set a response target per channel with your sales management, route leads to available agents and show response times by agent and hour, so staffing can be matched to when campaigns actually generate inquiries.
By agreeing a registration rule and applying it in the CRM. The broker registers the client, the system records the date and protection period, and duplicate checks on mobile number flag clashes immediately. Commission is then calculated in the ERP from the same record, so disputes are settled with data.
Not without checking consent and the platform's rules. Egypt's personal data protection law and WhatsApp's own business policies both affect broadcast messaging. Your legal advisor should confirm what is allowed; I then design consent fields, opt-out handling and segment rules so only eligible contacts are messaged.
It depends on volume, broker involvement and the systems handling contracts and installments. Some developers mainly need strong lead routing and messaging; others need unit inventory links and broker registration. I compare platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics 365 against your scenarios, and none of those vendors pays me anything.
Every business is different. Share where you are today and what you want to fix, and I’ll tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
