How can a Meta Ads consultant help an Irish business?
A Meta Ads consultant for Ireland plans Facebook, Instagram and click-to-WhatsApp campaigns that produce leads sales will actually work. I check whether Meta fits your offer, keep Republic and UK audiences apart, design forms with qualifying questions, set up the Pixel and Conversions API in line with consent, and send lead stages from your CRM back to Meta. Work is remote and the accounts stay yours.

Meta campaigns in Ireland tend to fail in a familiar way. A gym, a clinic, a home improvement firm or a training provider launches an instant form, the inbox fills with names, and within a fortnight sales has stopped ringing them because half never answer. The platform report still looks healthy, which is exactly why the problem lasts so long.
I am an independent Meta Ads consultant working remotely with Irish companies. I plan and manage Facebook, Instagram and click-to-WhatsApp campaigns, or review the account your team or agency already runs. My attention goes to the parts that decide lead quality: the offer, the form, the audience, the tracking and what happens to each inquiry once it reaches your CRM.
Your Business Manager, ad account, pages and pixel stay registered to your company, with me added as a partner user. I take no commission on spend and no fees from tool vendors, and I do not promise a cost per lead. I commit to honest structure, careful testing and reporting your sales team recognizes.
Every item below exists to answer one question your sales team asks about a Meta lead: is this a person we can actually help?
A short review of whether Meta suits your offer at all, which buyers it can reach in Ireland, and what role it should play beside search, email and referrals before any budget is committed.
Instant forms with a review screen and qualifying questions, or a landing page where the offer needs explaining, chosen per campaign and compared on how many leads sales accepts.
Click-to-message campaigns for businesses that prefer a conversation, with greeting prompts, response rules and a method for logging each chat and its ad source as a CRM record.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API events aligned with your cookie banner and deduplicated, so you know which numbers are observed and which are estimated. Your data protection advisor confirms the legal basis.
Briefs and test plans for static, video and carousel ads that sound like an Irish business talking to Irish customers, with prices in euro and places people actually recognize.
Lead stages sent from your CRM back to Meta, and a plain report on spend, accepted leads, booked appointments and sales by campaign, read from your own records.

Meta is an interruption channel. Nobody opens Instagram looking for an accountant, a dental implant or a forklift supplier, so the ad has to create interest that did not exist a moment ago. That suits some Irish businesses far better than others.
It tends to fit when:
It tends to disappoint when buyers are a narrow set of specialists inside larger companies, when the purchase starts with a search for a specific product, or when nobody can phone a lead the same day. For considered business purchases I often use Meta mainly for retargeting and awareness, with search and LinkedIn advertising in Ireland doing the targeting by role. The decision is made before money goes in, and it is written down so we can revisit it once the account has real data rather than assumptions.
Meta location targeting can include people who live in a place or people who were recently there, and the default reach can stretch further than you expect. For an Irish business that only serves the Republic, I set targeting to people living in Ireland, check the delivery breakdown by region, and keep Northern Ireland or Great Britain in a separate campaign if you sell there in sterling. Without that split, cheaper UK impressions can quietly absorb budget meant for Irish customers.
Creative has to pass a simple test: would an Irish customer believe this ad came from a business that knows them? A few habits help:
Irish-language ads are a deliberate choice for a small set of advertisers, such as community bodies or brands with a strong Gaeltacht link. Where you want them, the copy should be written by a fluent speaker on your staff or a partner you trust; the engagement itself runs in English. I plan the test structure so English and Irish versions are compared fairly.
Each Meta campaign needs a destination, and the choice shapes lead quality more than most targeting settings. I choose per offer rather than per account.
Message ads need their own tracking plan, because a chat is not a form submission. I set up quick replies that ask the qualifying question early, agree who answers and how fast, and record each conversation in the CRM with the campaign it came from. Where your messaging platform or CRM can read the ad referral details passed with the first message, that link is made automatically; otherwise staff tag the source by hand at the start of the chat. Either way, you can later see which ads started conversations that turned into bookings.
Ireland applies EU rules on cookies and personal data, and the Data Protection Commission is an active regulator here, including for large platforms with European bases in Dublin. In practice this affects Meta advertising in two places. First, the Meta Pixel should fire only in line with the choice a visitor makes on your cookie banner. Second, the Conversions API, which sends events from your server or CRM, is still a transfer of personal data and needs a lawful basis and a clear privacy notice. I set up the technical side, document what is sent and when, and leave the legal assessment to your data protection advisor.
Restrictions also apply to what you advertise. Meta treats some ads as special categories, including certain housing, employment and financial-product ads, and limits targeting by age, gender and detailed location for them. Health, weight loss, alcohol and gambling ads face their own policies and Irish or EU rules. I check which categories your campaigns fall into before building audiences, because a recruitment campaign set up as an ordinary ad can be rejected or limited after launch.
Political and social issue advertising needs extra care in the EU. Meta has said it will stop serving political, electoral and social issue ads in the EU under new transparency rules, and the boundary of social issues can catch charities and campaigns. I flag the risk and confirm the current policy before planning.
Irish audiences run out faster than people expect. A campaign aimed at homeowners in one county, or at small business owners in a single sector, can show the same ad to the same people many times within a few weeks. Results then drift: cost per lead rises, comments turn negative and the leads that do come are weaker. I watch frequency by ad set, rotate creative on a planned schedule rather than in a panic, and widen audiences only when the signal from the CRM supports it.
That CRM signal is the core of the work. Meta can optimize toward the stages your sales team records, provided the data is there:
Where the CRM cannot support this yet, my CRM consulting for Irish firms fixes the foundation first. Reports then show spend, accepted leads and sales by campaign, delivered remotely with calls inside the Irish working day. Tell me about your business and current systems. I’ll suggest the most sensible first step.

Sometimes, mainly for reaching owners of smaller firms, promoting events and retargeting people who already visited your site. It is weaker for reaching specific roles inside larger companies. I look at who signs your contracts and how they find suppliers, then decide whether Meta should lead, support other channels or wait until search and referrals are working well.
Usually several things at once: switch to the higher-intent form type, add a qualifying question, make the offer specific, tell people when they will be called and call them quickly. Then send the outcome of each lead from the CRM back to Meta, so delivery starts favoring people who answer and book rather than people who tap.
Yes, with some setup. The chat needs to land in a tool or CRM that records the ad it came from, either automatically from the referral details or by staff tagging it early in the conversation. Once that link exists, booked appointments and sales can be reported by ad, and those outcomes can be shared back with Meta.
Employment ads can fall into a special ad category, which limits targeting options such as age, gender and tight location radius in many regions. I check how Meta currently treats your job ads, plan creative that speaks to the right candidates without narrow targeting and keep the campaign compliant with Meta policy and Irish employment rules.
Your company does. The Business Manager, ad account, page, pixel and datasets stay under your ownership, and I am added as a partner with the access the work needs. If an agency holds assets in its own Business Manager, I help you secure ownership before making changes, so your history and audiences remain yours.
Every business is different. Share where you are today and what you want to fix, and I’ll tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
